I visited here today with my friend and 4 children. We had a warm welcome by the gentleman who was working reception today, not sure of his name. He and another colleague, a young lady then helped us to find a free table when a group were about to leave. I am 8 months pregnant and they were very accommodating, even going to get me a comfy chair from out the back. I would have been happy to sit on a normal chair, so that was very nice of them to do that for me. Then a little while later, the same lady came over to see if we were ok and if we needed anything to please ask her. We ended up staying for 3 hours and we had lunch there also. We will look forward to visiting the play centre again soon. Thank you for the great service we recieved today!

Having heard so much about PUP from friends in Tunbridge Wells, I'm delighted to hear that PUP is coming to Eastbourne - can't wait to try it out!

The venue looked wonderful, the party food was great, the bouncy castle was a massive hit, and the children loved the soft play! Meanwhile, the parents were able to have a relaxing cuppa and chat while their children played.

 

Your two girls ran the whole thing seamlessly so I could enjoy the party without having to organise things. And last but not least, Jonathan is just delighted with his pup dog!

 

The parents who hadn't been to the cafe before couldn't get over how nice it was, and loads of the mums said that it was a lovely party.

 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pup and would love to visit in Easbourne!

I have three year old twins and they absolutely love PUP, especially the delicious gingerbread men! We have a PUP Pass and they provide excellent value.

It was well worth the short drive from TWells to come to PUP Cafe. My little one had a wonderful time and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to the staff and other parents. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and I'll definitely be back!

As a stay at home Dad I usually find toddler groups a bit of a nightmare, but PUP is different! There's wifi and delicious coffee. My kids are entertained and I can relax and enjoy some r&r. What more could anyone want?
